Meeting Location, Date, and Time

The Board of Directors meetings are held on the second Monday of each month beginning at 7 PM.  The meetings are held at the Civic Center located at 13743 Woodchester (next to the pool).  No meeting is held in December due to the holidays.   

The Board of Directors has scheduled a Board Meeting to occur Monday, May 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at Covington Woods Clubhouse 13743 Woodchester Sugar Land, Texas 77478.  The agenda can be found below.
