Meeting Location, Date, and Time

The Board of Directors meetings are held on the second Monday of each month beginning at 7 PM.  The meetings are held at the Civic Center located at 13743 Woodchester (next to the pool).  No meeting is held in December due to the holidays.

February Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has scheduled a Board Meeting to occur Monday, February 10, 2025 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at Covington Woods Clubhouse 13743 Woodchester Sugar Land, Texas 77478. The agenda is below. Please note, the Board intends to review and vote on a revised set of Pool Rules. The revised version is below for homeowner review.
