2025 Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting for the Covington Woods Community Association, Inc., has been scheduled for Monday, August 11, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting will be held in the Covington Woods Clubhouse, located at 13743 Woodchester Drive, Sugar Land, TX 77498.

There will be two (2) positions with three (3) year terms for election.

The Board of Directors meetings are held on the second Monday of each month beginning at 7 PM.  The meetings are held at the Civic Center located at 13743 Woodchester (next to the pool).  No meeting is held in December due to the holidays.

June Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has scheduled a Board Meeting to occur Monday, June 9, 2025 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at Covington Woods Clubhouse 13743 Woodchester Sugar Land, Texas 77478.  The agenda can be found below.
